I born in Trabzon Akçaabat in 23. 03. 1971 I went to schools in Trabzon and ıstanbul. I wonted to start working out after I watched Sylvester Stallone’s movies.After that I started working out and I have been exercing for almost 16 years six times a week.

I was in Germany,France,Nederland in 2001,with Tarkan in Moscow in 2003 Bulgaria , Germany, Swithzerland also I have helped may singers and artists with their diets
